Note: Some filing is required because of bulk G10 material being used is not a consistant thickness throughout the material it can vary from .062 - .073 and we cannot change drawing for every thickness we cut everything from .0625 so it will take about 30 min to prepare the entire kit for assembly a small inconvience yes but it saves you money. To use percision cut G-10 it would cost nearly the same as Carbon Fiber which would drive these kits to 150 - 175 dollars each !.
