Mount Warranty: All products manufactured by AVertcialView are warranted to be free of mechanical defects. Due to the nature of G-10 the surface and finish is not warranted. If your mount is damaged due to disassembly, a crash or misuse to be determine by us this warranty will not cover said product. If your mount is damaged it may be return to us postage paid and it will be repaired or replace not to exceed 50% of its purchased price. This repair refers only to the parts built from G-10 material. It does not refer to servos, belts or pulleys. If these parts are damaged please email us for replacement prices. You pay shipping for any part shipped to us and we pay return shipping on warranty items. If the mount is damaged due to a crash, it is recommended you return the entire mount with all components for repair as needed. In the case a part made from G-10 is damaged and you feel you can repair it email for the price and availability. If the part is not in stock it will be made for you and shipped at your request cost plus shipping. The terms above only apply to the original purchaser of mount. If you are not original owner You may email us with pictures of damage and we can quote you a price to repair it.

DISCLAIMER: We would like to thank you for your purchase. Your unit should give you good service for a long time. It is made from G-10 a fiber resin composite material that is light and strong. It should be noted that this unit is both glued and bolted together. We use very high quality CA glue which produces a clean strong joint but if the unit is dropped on hard surface the joints may come loose. Please use a breathing mask if you have to drill sand or grind for any reason on this mount. The dust should never be breathed. We assume no liability for personal injury from breathing dust or from use of the products we sell. Further we assume no liability for personal injury or damage to property from the use of this or any product produced or sold by AVerticalView. In plain language, you assume all liability from this products use. Since building this type of equipment is an on going process any input for improvement will be appreciated. We also welcome feed back with pictures of the product in use. Your unit has been test flown to make sure all components work together properly so if you encounter any problem please contact us. We will get back to you in a timely manner and will make every effort to help you through any difficulty you encounter. We hope you enjoy using this mount. IMPORTANT NOTE: The camera mounts being sold are not perfect and cannot possibly tested with every combination of cameras and equipment we have only tested these mounts with Panasonic Lumix FX1 and Sony DSC-H7. There are many variables not only in equipment but also setups (tracking, Motor types weight differences, CG, pilot skill) in short we do not guarantee quality of picture or video taken with these mounts. Users assume all responsibility in making a quality video some tweaks will be necessary and expected we will offer as much advise as possible and are developing new improvements constantly. Do not ask for refund because pic quality is not to your satisfaction. The types of mounts we sell are way below the price of what other companies are offering because they are test platforms. Profit margins are very slim and if we figure in actual time to assemble and ship there is no profit. We are working with those that have used our mounts and have made improvements and plan to incorporate them into the mounts as soon as we can. You will be offered an upgrade or improved version for cost plus exchange of your unit as they become available.
